Vapour Management System (VR2 product)With PEC VMS our smart electronics allows control not only to one side of a dispenser, but can leave non VR2 hoses (Diesel, LPG) active.
Operation of the nozzle does not change and vapour is collected and transferred within the ZVA or OPW nozzle without noise, or impact on normal operation.
The vapour monitor hardware (housed in the dispenser) accurately measures the temperature, volume of vapour flow and hydrocarbon status from each petrol delivery.
Every delivery is collected and calculates AIL (Air / Liquid) or volume of vapour collected vs volume of fuel pumped as a percentage, which by regulation must fall within the range 85%-115%. VMS testing at TüV in Germany achieved +-1 %.
Innovative design allows Zephyr 8 to recover vapour from 8-16 active nozzles and be within DECCW regulations.
PEC's VMS not only meets exacting European standards, VMS is now fully certified to meet all Australian legislation requirements for forecourt vapour recovery.
With VMS comes AIM to remotely monitor and report on VR2 and more.
